Where we deliver

We deliver within Egypt, with our courier partner ShipBlu.

We don't currently deliver to Aswan, Luxor, Minya, New Valley, North Sinai, Qena, Red Sea, Sohag or South Sinai, or outside Egypt.

Delivery rates

Delivery is charged once per order, based on your governorate, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Alexandria & Beheira	65 EGP
Delta: Qalyubia, Monufia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Sharqia, Gharbia, Kafr El Sheikh	70 EGP
Canal cities: Port Said, Ismailia, Suez	70 EGP
Fayoum, Beni Suef, Assiut	85 EGP
North Coast (Matrouh)	100 EGP

If a rate here ever differs from the one shown at checkout, the checkout rate applies.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, ShipBlu will send you tracking updates by WhatsApp.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by governorate and can be longer during sales and public holidays.

Cash on delivery

If you choose cash on delivery, please have the order total ready when the courier arrives.

If we can't reach you

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If the courier can't reach you to complete delivery, your order may be returned to us and cancelled.
