These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the ALERON online store (the “Store”) and any purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

ALERON is a fashion brand based in Cairo, Egypt. The Store is operated by ALERON and hosted by Shopify.

2. Products

We show colours and details as accurately as we can, but screens display colour differently, so the item you receive may vary slightly. Sizes, fit notes and descriptions are a guide.

3. Prices

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price, and we'll tell you if we do.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't confirm your delivery details. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cash on delivery.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, rates and details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

9. Intellectual property

All content in the Store, including images, text, logos and designs, belongs to ALERON or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting fraud, interfering with how it works, or collecting its content by automated means.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ALERON is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
